RAMP GameSheet App - New for 2026!

This season CALL has transitioned to using the Ramp GameSheet App, found in your iOs or Android stores. Tablets will be provided at the Olds Sportsplex, and home volunteers are expected to complete the game sheet.
 

Game Changes - All game change requests must be made by April 29,2026!

1. Team requesting game change is to send request to manager of opposing team
2. Team with venue is to contact their association scheduler for a new floor time, please work together to find an appropriate time that works for both teams
3. Team requesting change is to fill out the game change form (must be signed by both managers).  The completed form is to be sent to both  scheduler@centralalbertalacrosse.com and scheduler@oldslacrosse.ca
Once game change is complete within CALL and the ALRA, both managers will receive a confirmation email.

Olds Lacrosse Player Code of Conduct

 Available in your manager binder

Olds Lacrosse Medical Form

 Required for all players. Cannot participate in games until this is complete and collected by manager(s).

ALA Accident Claim Form

 If an injury occurs during practices or games, this form is required for players to access their insurance coverage through ALA.

CALL Post Game Coach Eval

 The purpose of this is to make sure CALL is aware of any situation that may arise and to help back our officials when necessary.

U7 Game Sheet

 U7 does not use the RAMP GameSheet App. This is a printable game sheet.

GameSheet Template - Printable 

 To keep a record of the game to ensure data is not lost in the event the device being used has technical issues.Copies are found in the manager binder.

CALL Minor Officials Guide

 This provides guideance for the volunteers running the clock, shot clock or entering the game sheet.

Penalty Abbreviations

 Can be referenced when completing the paper gamesheet template, but in RAMP GameSheet it will give you the full name of the penalty to choose from.

Penalty Option Chart

 Details the penalties that can be given for all of the infractions.Nice to know information, but not necessary to know.
 
 

Tips for a Successful Season

Team Meeting
  • Arrange during 1st week of practice, once managers have been established
  • Coaches can layout player expectations to both parents and players
  • Coaches can read the Player Code of Conduct and have players sign off
  • Manager can collect Medical/Media Forms
    • Bond cheques are required for Jerseys, $100 (if no jersey parent). Cheques can be post dated to July 30 of the current year, made out to Olds Lacrosse
  • Tournaments should be decided on, and booked into soon after as they are filling up faster every year
  • Cash call should be discussed
  • Parents can ask questions
  • Volunteer expectations should be laid out, and volunteers recruited if needed (ie. Jersey Parent, Trainer, Assistant Coaches). Volunteers are required at both home and away games, with the home team providing the game sheet volunteer, and the visiting team providing the clock, and shot clock volunteers.
  • Fundraising can be discussed
  • Ensure all families have the Ramp App

  • The earlier you can confirm tournament dates, the more likely CALL will be able to schedule league games around those
  • Game Changes must be submitted before April 29/2026
